Best. Cobbler. Ever.
This is genuinely one of my favorite desserts EVER! And that’s saying a lot coming from a certified sweet tooth, you know. Buttery cake, fruit flavors and cinnamon crumb topping goodness come together for a delicious treat with the perfect mix of cake-like and chewy, carmelized textures… tastes so good even the (optional) vanilla ice cream sidekick will be jealous! P.S. No one will believe it took you under 10 minutes to put together… then again no one is saying you have to tell. ;)
Cinnamon Peach & Blueberry Cobbler
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
1 package Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake & Muffin Mix
2 cans (16oz. each) sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Spread peaches (including syrup) across the pan, then scatter blueberries over peaches. Pour the cake mix evenly over the fruit (just the cake mix - save the included cinnamon topping for later).
Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cake mix, then sprinkle with the included cinnamon topping.
Bake 40-45 minutes. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
