Corndog Muffins

Corndog Muffins

2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package Krusteaz Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix
1 package hot dogs


Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease or line muffin cups with paper liners. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add cheese and cornbread mix and stir to combine. Dice hot dogs and mix them into the batter. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 18-20 minutes or until the cornbread is no longer soft in the middle.
