Berries & Cream Coffee Cake

This Berries & Cream Coffee Cake will help your fundraising efforts in upcoming bake sales too. All you need is Krusteaz's Coffee Cake mix and a handful of pantry staples to make it happen.

- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh berries of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)
- 1 package Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb Cake Mix
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
