This Peach Snickerdoodle Crumble is made with just 3 ingredients! You’ll love this super simple way to highlight your favorite summer stone fruit.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lightly butter an 8x8-inch baking pan (or similar sized dish). Add the sliced peaches to the casserole dish. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar pouch included with the Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix.
In a separate bowl, stir together the Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix and softened butter with a wooden spoon.
Stir until crumbly but no dry mix remains. Using your fingers is helpful to completely incorporate the cookie dough. Sprinkle crumbled pieces of dough evenly over the peaches. Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
Bake for about 35-45 minutes, or until the cookie top is browned and the filling is bubbling. Serve warm, alone or with ice cream. Store covered in the refrigerator.
