Ingredients: 1 package Krusteaz® Butter Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix; 1 Large eg; 1 Stick butter, softened; 1 tub Vanilla frosting; Gold food coloring spray; Gold sprinkles

Several First Place Cookies with "1st" written in white frosting on each cookie.

These decorative First Place Cookies feature a perfect balance of buttery goodness crispy edges and soft centers. With just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of vanilla these cookies will become your new favorite treat.

1 package Krusteaz® Butter Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix

1 Large eg

1 Stick butter, softened

1 tub Vanilla frosting

Gold food coloring spray

Gold sprinkles

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together egg, butter and cookie mix until dough forms.

STEP 2

Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons of dough and place on cookie sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes. Let cool before frosting.

STEP 3

Decorate cooled cookies with frosting. Spray frosting with gold food color spray and sprinkle edges with gold sprinkles. Use a writing frosting tip to write 1st with frosting on each cookie.
