1 Package Krusteaz Butter Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix

1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Butter, Softened

1 Egg

Your Favorite Ice Cream

Sprinkles

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Butter Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix, butter and egg until well blended. Place rounded tablespoons dough 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet; top with sprinkles.

STEP 3

Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool cookies completely.

STEP 4

Fill cookie sandwiches with your favorite ice cream. Roll edges of ice cream in sprinkles.
