Lemon Creme Waffles
Heat and lightly grease Belgian or conventional waffle iron.
For Waffles: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix, eggs, oil, water and lemon zest with a metal whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto prepared waffle iron.
Cook waffles 3-4 minutes until golden brown, or according to waffle iron directions.
For Topping: Spread cream cheese on waffles. Top with lemon pie filling. Sprinkle with flaked coconut.
