Praline Waffles à la Mode
Heat and lightly grease Belgian or conventional waffle iron.
For Waffles: In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix, eggs, oil and water with a wire whip. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto prepared waffle iron.
Cook waffles 3-4 minutes until golden brown, or according to waffle iron directions.
For Topping: In small bowl, blend together brown sugar, pecans and butter or margarine. Place waffles on baking sheet. Spread topping on waffles. Bake at 400°F 5-8 minutes or until topping has melted. Serve with ice cream.
