Breakfast Charcuterie at its Finest
Waffle Charcuterie Board
Heat and lightly grease waffle iron.
Measure mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off.
Whisk mix, water, egg and oil until smooth. Let batter stand 2 minutes.
Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto waffle iron.
Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown.
Cut waffles into sticks and hold warm until board is set up and ready to serve.
