Can I pre-make my bread dough ahead of time?

Sure you can! Make dough through the first rise. Punch dough down and place in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to use, shape the dough as desired and leave to rise until double in size. Refrigerated dough may need more time to rise, so allow about 2 hours.
