Maple Bacon Pancakes

No matter your age, syrup is the preferred topping for pancakes and waffles. But what about bacon? These Maple Bacon Pancakes are sweet and salty. Sure to be a hit for any Breakfast Night in your home.

Servings: 7-8 pancakes


2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.

In large bowl, stir together pancake mix, water and maple syrup with a whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Stir in bacon crumbles. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased griddle.

Cook pancakes 1 - 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Top with butter and additional maple syrup and bacon crumbles.
