Coconut Island Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or line muffin cups with paper liners.
In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix, water, oil, coconut, nuts and eggs until blended. Drain and rinse blueberries. Gently fold into batter. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan.
Bake 16-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center is clean.
