Start with: 2/3 Cup Water, 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil, 2 Egg.

  1. // Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.
  2. // Stir together water, oil, eggs and muffin mix until blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

    1/2 cup butterscotch chips

    2. //Stir together water, oil, egg, butterscotch chips and muffin mix until moistened. Evenly spread batter in loaf pan.
    3. //Bake 50-54 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Coconut Pumpkin Muffins

    Ingredients

    1 package Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Muffins

    2/3 cup coconut milk

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    1 egg

    1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed

    ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut

    3 tablespoons large granulated sugar crystals, to top

    1. //Heat oven to 400°F.
    2. //Lightly grease or line muffin pan with paper baking cups.
    3. //Stir together coconut milk, vegetable oil, egg, brown sugar, Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix and coconut until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with large sugar crystals.
    4. //Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
    5. //Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container.
  • Pumpkin Apple Spice Pancakes

    Ingredients

    1 package Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Supreme Muffin Mix

    1½ cups water

    1 egg

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1 medium apple, finely diced

    1. //In medium bowl, blend together muffin mix, water, egg and oil until moistened.
    2. //Gently stir diced apples into batter.
    3. //Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased 375°F griddle (medium heat). Cook pancakes approximately 2 minutes per side, turning only once.
    4. //Serve in short stacks topped with maple or apple syrup!
  • Pumpkin Donut Holes

    Ingredients

    2/3 cup water

    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    2 eggs

    Topping:

    3/4 cup sugar

    2 tsp vanilla powder

    1/2 cup melted butter

    1. //Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease mini muffin pan(s).
    2. //Stir together water, oil, eggs and muffin mix until blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 10-12 minutes; let sit 3 minutes before removing from pan.
    3. //For Topping: Combine sugar and vanilla powder. Dip warm muffins in butter; immediately roll in vanilla sugar mixture.
  • Pumpkin Pecan Quick Bread
