Hawaiian Coffee Cake

1 package Krusteaz Hawaiian Sweet Bread Mix
1 ¼ cups warm water
1 packet yeast, enclosed
1 cup (8 oz package) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup sliced almonds
- // Place 1 1/4 cups warm water, yeast, and Krusteaz Hawaiian Sweet Bread Mix in large bowl. Stir until moistened. (No kneading necessary.) Dough will be wet and sticky. While covered in a warm place, allow to rise until double in size (about 2 hours).
- // Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch pan.
- // Sprinkle 4 tablespoons flour on surface and along sides of dough to reduce sticking. Gently pull the dough away from sides of bowl. Spread dough into pan. Spread cream cheese over dough. Layer marmalade over cream cheese. Evenly sprinkle with coconut and almonds.
- // Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
