Small Peanut Butter Cup Candies, Unwrapped
Salted Peanuts (Optional)
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line mini muffin pan with paper liners.
STEP 2
Stir egg, butter and cookie mix until dough forms. Divide dough into 24 rounded tablespoon portions. Place ½ of each dough ball into muffin cups. Press inverted candies into dough; top with remaining dough. Top with salted peanuts, if desired.
STEP 3
Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 24 cookies.
